The core of our business revolves around developing resource management policy and managing the consenting process.

Our services also include strategic planning, research, consultation and facilitation. The management of plan changes and resource consents involves undertaking assessments and evaluations, and preparing and lodging applications. We prepare and lodge submissions and appeals to district and regional plans as well as regional policy statements. We also present evidence to Councils and the Environment Court. The development and review of policy involves working alongside agencies and local authorities to scope out options, report, present and implement our findings.

All of this work involves researching issues, monitoring their progress, consulting with interested parties, as well as writing, peer-reviewing, submitting and presenting reports on our findings. Private businesses, councils and government agencies also engage our services to assist with their strategic planning, decision-making processes, facilitation and consultation needs. We also design, implement and undertake an impressive range of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
